We love bringing our dog here! Laura the store manager is amazing. She is one of the main reasons we keep coming back! My dog is not a fan of grooming. She will sometimes refuse to get out of the car. Laura takes the extra time to come out and help me with her. She has such a warm, caring way with dogs and it immediately puts me and my dog at ease. Finding someone who is compassionate isn’t easy, but Laura is that person!

I just took my dog to Aqua Dog for a nail trim. We're new to the Newburgh area. I was required to show my dogs' rabies vaccination records, which I think is really good for the safety of the other dogs and the employees there. We were set up in their system in minutes. They're very nice and attentive to the dogs. The space is very clean. Thank you, we'll be back!

Wow! Staff that truly enjoy taking care of our precious furry family members. Especially those that has special needs. We were so nervous about leaving our deaf K9 to have his first grooming appointment ever. It was an absolute success! They were gentle and understood the situation with him. They did an amazing job and he looks amazing, and so does his brother too!

My girl went to be groomed for the first time since I got her today. My neighbor works there so I figured I'd try it. I've never used a grooming service before, but my mom took her dogs there and was really happy.
Everyone was so sweet and patient with me and my baby 🐾 She was nervous so it took a little while and the staff was totally fine with my mom going to get her while I took care of some errands. Nala looks great and they gave her the cutest trim around her ears! She had bows but she wanted them out. They were very cute though. She smells very good and she's so soft. She seems really happy and I know I am!

They do such a great job with all of my requests. Our dog smells so good and is so very soft after getting groomed. They add cute scarves to our dog because we don’t like the bows (they tangle in her ears). The new location is so much more fun because you can see all the dogs getting worked on when you walk in, so it’s every child’s dream to watch!

Excellent! My dogs went in for a nail trim and they did so good! The last time we got them done at our vet we were told the dogs would need to be sedated because of the dogs distress level. But we had ZERO issues at aqua Dog!!
